In the coming years, prophecies found in Literature such as the Bible, Nostradamus' quatrains, etc. indicate that world crises will become more common. We've already seen two major disruptive events in less than fifteen years. There will likely be shortages of products the world over due to recessions, disease, pestilence and other disasters. Trade conflicts could also contribute to this situation as well. Production and retail are being concentrated in ever expanding behemoth businesses such as Proctor and Gamble, Amazon and Walmart, and these powerful businesses are starting to be able to manipulate prices due to declining competition in the market place.
